Shipping and delivery

Contra Corriente will process the shipment from the moment we receive your payment. Shipments to the rest of the country may take a few days longer depending on your location, but should never exceed 15 days for the rest of the country. Weekends and holidays do not count toward this timeframe. It is your responsibility to receive the package at your home. Receipt by a third party other than the recipient will be your sole and exclusive responsibility. This will be verified by Contra Corriente with a copy of the shipping guide issued by the shipping company, which confirms that the package has been received at the address to which it was sent, regardless of the item or purchase amount.
