Ana Paula Ibarra is the designer behind Contracorriente. At 22 years old, she has made an impact on the most important fashion platforms in the world! It began with a dream and a lot of love... Full of stories to tell and a desire to continue growing, proudly Mexican and always supporting local commerce, made by us and for us. One day, in a bazaar, with little money and a lot of desire to buy, we found some very peculiar pants that we couldn't leave behind. There she found inspiration; she made 2 or 3 more just for her friends because they loved them and after wearing them, they couldn't wear anything else! Over time, many more began to ask us and ask, and that's how it all began...
